I created this recipe 10 years ago right after my daughter’s wedding. The reception dinner had the most awesome chicken breasts and I just had to figure out how they made them. So, I started experimenting and this is as close as I could come. Quick, easy, and healthy….and tasty…what a combination! Enjoy!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Directions
Marinate Chicken Breasts in the Italian Salad Dressing for a minimum of 2 hours (up to overnight)
Roll Chicken Breasts in Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs.
Bake in 350 degree oven, 20 minutes each side.
Serve with a can of diced tomatoes (I add minced garlic and a teaspoon of basil), and linguini noodles.
